Calm is a 7 day online course to work through in the comfort of your own home, at your own time to reprogramme and release fear and anxiety to bring inner peace.

What to expect:

  • Tried-and-tested techniques to help you get to the root of your panic attacks by reprogramming fear in the body to switch off your loop of anxiety permanently.

  • 7 days of daily gentle but powerful meditations and visualisations to reprogramme your relationship with fear and control, where you have an active role in your healing, making the choices you need to step into a more expansive version of you.

  • Techniques to help with integration of any trauma release work and emotional work as you work through the course, as well as strengthening your nervous system.

  • Energy exercises and physical techniques to counter any problematic in-the-moment worries or when you are stuck in flight or fight or have had a big shock and feel ungrounded.

  • Life-long practices that can be used for any future worries that may arise.

Calm is the equivalent of working with a CSH practitioner for five 1:1 sessions.
