You might be here because you are feeling blocked by anxiety or mental anguish, it might be physical blocks or life triggers that are limiting you. The beauty of working on these courses here, and stepping into the work yourself, is that those limitations, and the disempowerment caused by them can be reversed by you reclaiming your power.

No one can give you your power back, it is for you to take back, and the first step of that is in the act of choice, of choosing what you need. Every time you direct your own healing, you are stepping into that empowerment which is what ultimately leads you to the big shifts that you are after.

Whether it’s chronic pain, anxiety, autoimmune flares, digestive issues, or other debilitating symptoms, stepping out of these limitations and back into body sovereignty is about stepping back into your power.
