Choosing a Practitioner
All of our certified practitioners have completed the same in-depth training, which means they are fully equipped to support you, no matter what you’re dealing with, even if it’s not something they’ve personally experienced. Reach out to the person you resonate with the most and feel most comfortable talking to.
Timeline for Sessions
Compassionate Self-Healing is most effective when you commit to moving through the full process, rather than only a handful of sessions. That said, you are always free to pause or stop at any time. Some clients notice profound shifts within just a few weeks, while others take longer. Since healing is unique to each person, there is no set timeline.

Leonora Oppenheim
Leonora Oppenheim is an artist and educator who’s been working in movement and somatics since 2017. She is delighted to offer Compassionate Self Healing as a modality alongside her embodied practice work. CSH dovetails beautifully with her research on how we use our bodies as sites of enquiry for increased creativity and resilience. Leonora has benefitted hugely from CSH, healing her food intolerances, inflammatory markers, and nervous system. She is honoured to now be guiding others on their own healing journeys.
