What is Compassionate Self-Healing?


Compassionate Self-healing is a powerful, intuitive healing modality that uncovers the multi-faceted roots of illness and imbalance, bringing about definitive lasting change.

The process empowers you to step into your own healing through deep inner connection, within an individualised method, which unearths all obstacles to your healing, and releases and rewrites the deep structures that are containing them. It is completely targeted; all the guesswork is removed.

The Healing Process

On this journey with your practitioner, you have access to your blindspots and are held in the space to do your work, but always working towards the goal of reclaiming your authority and taking charge of your healing process.

There are two core aspects to the modality that make up the foundations of the work:

The Reconnection Phase

Understanding your inner landscape

The process first looks at getting the three elements in balance, your physical, emotional and spiritual aspects. 

  • Physical - this can look like getting any chemical imbalances under control, making sure you are not exercising too much or too little, giving you the things you need for sleep and recovery, optimising your diet etc.

  • Spiritual - this can look like making sure you have a sense of connection with the world, your purpose, your family and nature, and making sure this underlying cause is optimised.

  • Emotional - this will be by far the most important element. This will involve a huge amount of self-discovery, where we will individualise the approach to you entirely and what your system needs. We cover a massive range here including and not limited to stored emotions and beliefs of others that you may not have recognised because you are an empath.. Although different for everyone, the process will likely involve the following framework:

  • Recognition of the healing blindspots: what stored emotions, wounds, blocks, beliefs, energetic tendencies and self-understandings you haven’t seen - unearthing them, bringing them to light.

  • Releasing these blocks to your healing, in an individualised way, using a huge variety of techniques, or

  • Replacing the narratives in the body to alter the effect they are having and allowing the associated charges to disappear.

  • Reconnection - the result: restoring your state of Self (Self-healing) and bringing that aspect into balance.

The caveat to this framework, will be those of you for whom the trauma you are carrying is inappropriate to revisit and it will be damaging to do so. In cases like these, this is where the individualised nature of the CSH process comes into its own. We never have to verbally address that trauma if it is inappropriate to do so, and that is very clear to us as practitioners. Instead, we address the stored charge from the trauma from afar, re-writing it within the body without any revisiting or verbal recognition of it, thus holding you in safety at all times.

The Rewriting Phase

Changing your internal blueprints.

This Rewriting phase of the work looks at the Echo Loops, the energetic structures that contain the repeating patterns that you find yourself in. We analyse and dismantle these systematically, in a preferential order, whilst we begin teaching the process to you yourself when you are fully ready. This allows you to be the creator of change, to rewrite your future and truly step into something new and previously unseen in your life.

At this point, you are then really stepping into the driving seat of the work, clearing these energetic limiting patterns, be they around health, or other aspects of life, and in doing so you take charge real ownership of your healing and reclaim your power.

You may work through the first phase and then proceed to the second, or the work may be carried out in a non-linear manner, overlapping right from the start. Working through both though are critical to the definitive change that we are making in the body.

The Individual Approach

Whether you are someone that has no reactions to anything, or someone that is so sensitive they can’t even handle a massage, this process will fit you because it is tailor-made for your system, by your system and in collaboration with you.

It compassionately considers your emotional state and limitations so it will never push you further than you are able to go and works harmoniously, in real time, to give you what you need on the day. We can work with all neurodivergence and indeed recognise these often as contributory factors to your imbalances, whether that is a disordered neurotype that has become out of balance, such as ADHD where medication is required, or an unrecognised neurotype, like having slow energy, where you have felt the wounds of being out of sync with those around you.

The best thing, is that the guesswork is taken out, so there is a very clear path to get you from out-of-balance back into a state of reconnection as quickly as possible.

The process is very much collaborative and empowering. You are an active participant in getting your health back and you are taught how to do it yourself whilst working alongside your practitioner. This means that when the work concludes, you will have everything you need to keep on top of your life moving forward, and to be able to deal with any new problems as they arise.

The best thing, is that the guesswork is taken out, so there is a very clear path to get you from out-of-balance back into a state of reconnection as quickly as possible.

What does it help with?

Compassionate-based Self-healing helps with any ways in which your body is out of balance and helps you reconnect with your true self. This process can help with and is not limited to:

Physical

  • All auto-immune conditions / conditions resulting from a malfunctioning immune system.

  • All inflammatory conditions that may not be traditionally classed as auto immune where the inflammation is of unknown origin.

  • Chronic pain in the body, migraines, nerve pains, numbness in limbs, excessive thirst, excessive sweating, hernias
